The seal ring consists of two seals with different functions and different materials to achieve compact structure, low friction resistance, efficient sealing and long life of the comprehensive performance

Step Seal is generally made of rubber part and plastic part combination, in general, a rubber O-ring and ptfe ring combination. The O-ring is the force element, which provides enough sealing force and compensates the PTFE ring.O-ring is generally made of rubber material,like nitrile rubber,hydrogenate nitrile rubber,FKM rubber,ethylene propylene rubber and so on. Step seal is suitable for sealing the piston rod of hydraulic cylinder. As a rubber seals, it can be divided into piston with seal and piston rod with seal. Step ring has the advantages of low friction, no crawling, small starting force, high pressure resistance, simple groove structure and so on.Due to the different use environment,step seal can also be divided into a variety of step ring, such as reverse step seal,GSD step seal,PTFE step seal,FKM step seal and so on.
