Product Introduction
As a premium fluoropolymer, PFA boasts exceptional chemical inertness, which is one of its core advantages. It can resist almost all strong corrosive media including aqua regia, concentrated sulfuric acid, and strong oxidants, far outperforming ordinary plastic materials. We have optimized its melt fluidity through formula adjustment, making it suitable for screw molding. The PFA screws have a continuous service temperature of 260℃, maintaining stable performance in high-temperature environments. Additionally, they possess excellent non-stick, low-friction, and electrical insulation properties, and show no signs of aging or degradation even in long-term outdoor exposure or harsh working conditions, ensuring a long service life.
