Because it like steel, and POM is cheap and light and low noise, now POM are widely used in many places to replace of steel. But If you want to make custom POM gears which we don’t have mold, you need to pay us the mold cost. We finish the custom POM gears mold in about 30 days, sometimes if needed, we can short the time to 20~25 days. Once you pay the mold cost,you own the mold, but BEST will maintain the mold forever for free.Whenever you want to make the parts, we will take out the mold and produce for you. If the mold life is end,but you have continued orders,we will make a new mold for free.
