PTFE Oring Polytetrafluoroethylene sealing rings (PTFE) are closed rings with an annular cross-section, the same as synthetic rubber O-rings; PTFE Orings are not produced by mold processing, but are manufactured by mechanical processing. PTFE O-rings are suitable for occasions where chemical resistance and heat resistance are required where ordinary synthetic rubber O-rings cannot be used. This sealing ring is mainly used in the chemical, food and pharmaceutical industries. PTFE O-rings are only suitable for static sealing, such as: sealing of flange connections, sealing of end caps, etc.
