POM rods are generally available in the following models

Pom-c /H (black and white) : POM copolymer and POM homopolymer respectively. POM copolymer has low melting point, thermal stability, chemical corrosion resistance, flow characteristics, hydrolysis resistance, strong alkali resistance and thermal oxidation degradation, and processability is better than homopolymer. POM homopolymer has higher crystallinity, creep, lower thermal expansion rate, wear resistance, mechanical strength, rigidity, thermal deformation temperature and so on.

Pom-h +PTFE (dark brown) : POM-H+TF is extruded from DuPont POM (DELRIN) raw material with PTFE (teflon) fiber. It retains most of the intrinsic strength of POM-H. Because of filling PTFE (teflon) fiber and some performance changes, slightly soft, small rigidity, more slippery than pure polyformaldehyde resin. Compared with pure POM plate, this material has better lubricity. POM-H+PTFE bearing made of low friction coefficient, wear resistance, and basically no peristalsis phenomenon.
