If high precision is request, we will suggest to make them by machining.Of course, sometimes, we will chose two process( injection molding process + machining process) to finish the products. PEEK is a kind of special engineering plastic, so we need to make the PEEK screws,PEEK nuts,PEEK bolts,PEEK thread by special mold, special injection molding machine, and special technology.Only a PEEK material expert can make a high quality PEEK injection molding products.

If you want to order the PEEK screws,nuts, bolts,thread which we have existing molds, you don’t need to pay the mold cost any more,we will use our molds to make PEEK screws for you. If you want to make custom PEEK screws which we don’t have mold, you need to pay us the mold cost. We finish the custom PEEK screw mold in about 30 days, sometimes if needed, we can short the time to 20~25 days. Once you pay the mold cost,you own the mold, but BEST will maintain the mold forever for free.Whenever you want to make the parts, we will take out the mold and produce for you. If the mold life is end,but you have continued orders,we will make a new mold for free.
