But in reality, generally large-scale foreign mold factories have fixed foreign customers, and they seldom face orders from domestic companies. Even if it accepts orders from domestic companies, the quotations are often in line with the international market, which is unbearable for many domestic companies. They have received foreign investment decades earlier than mainland companies. Their standardized management and design concepts are relatively close to those of Japan, South Korea, Europe and the United States. Compared with foreign mold factories in terms of quality and service, enterprises are slightly inadequate in terms of quality and service, and the price is moderate, not as high as foreign mold factories. In addition, there are still many private mold factories in China due to insufficient start-up funds and limited financing channels. Many factories only rely on the limited wage income from part-time work as the original investment capital, choosing to purchase second-hand processing equipment with low performance and accuracy and second-line B When making molds and products with similar materials, the rationality of mold design, production accuracy, mold life and product stability often fail to meet customer requirements. 2. Selection of mold factory scale

Everyone must pay attention to some basic common sense, and be sure to choose a mold factory with complete supporting equipment, which is what we usually call "the five internal organs", that is, it must have a supporting precision CNC machining center, wire cutting, spark machine, trial mold press, and three-dimensional , Two-dimensional measuring instruments and other important necessary equipment for mold processing, production, and testing, we must take this as the key to inspection, evaluation and final selection.

Because if there is no such equipment, it means that the mold factory needs a large amount of outsourcing during the mold manufacturing and production process.
